I offer a concierge recruiting service to help clients hire the right sales and marketing professionals. Using my proprietary ASCEND methodology, I assist with position descriptions, compensation guidelines, initial interviews, and provide a summary with recommendations. Candidates are sourced through a retained search model, targeting individuals in similar roles and industries.

The bracketed fee structure is "Fixed Fee" per first year On-Target-Earnings (OTE). The fee structure is a fixed fee based on first-year On-Target Earnings (OTE), with rates starting at $12,000 per search for positions with an OTE under $75,000. The service includes competitive rates and an industry-leading placement guarantee.

Assess Needs
We will collaborate on the development of a robust position description and the Ideal Candidate Profile. This exercise will include identify targeting companies to source candidates from as well as those companies we need to stay away from. In this phase, we will also put together a behavioral profile for the ideal candidate to assure not only the appropriate characteristics for the role, but a good cultural fit as well.
Source Candidates
We will collaborate on the development of a robust position description and the Ideal Candidate Profile. This exercise will include identify targeting companies to source candidates from as well as those companies we need to stay away from. In this phase, we will also put together a behavioral profile for the ideal candidate to assure not only the appropriate characteristics for the role, but a good cultural fit as well. My recruiting firm will actively source the candidates for the role(s).
Compare and Calibrate
Assure a minimum 70% match with the ideal behavioral profile, candidate profile and values alignment.
Evaluate Fit
Online interview is conducted with every candidate with structured interview questions. The interview is recorded, and a recommendation is made on whether to continue the process or not.
Negotiate Offer
Provide recommended a compensation program providing for individual reward as well as team reward if appropriate. More complex compensation packages available for senior executives with short- and long-term incentives. I will assist in the negotiation if desired.
Deliver Success
Help with onboarding and assuring the best possible start for new candidates. Every placement comes with a 180-day guarantee: if the candidate leaves or is terminated in the 180-day period, new candidates will be presented at no additional cost.
