Much of the coursework can be completed outside normal business hours, and the program is reinforced with targeted team or one-on-one coaching to ensure real-world application.

For organizations with longer sales cycles—or those looking to go deeper on specific capabilities like Business Development, Major Account Sales, or Negotiation—we also provide intensive training options. These programs range from 16 to 24 hours and can be delivered virtually in manageable 2–4 hour sessions, or in-person over 2–3 consecutive days.

Whether you need a low-disruption, continuous learning model or a focused, high-impact training experience, we tailor the approach to fit your business and drive measurable results.

Objective Management Group (OMG) develops sales-specific assessment tools built exclusively for the sales profession. Their framework evaluates 21 core competencies across three critical areas: Tactical Selling skills, Sales DNA (beliefs and behaviors), and Will to Sell.

As a certified practitioner of the OMG Sales Assessment, I use these insights to go beyond surface-level evaluations. Each individual assessment contributes to a comprehensive team profile, allowing us to pinpoint specific competency gaps and development opportunities.

These findings are then directly aligned with targeted RAIN Sales Training virtual modules, ensuring that training is precise, relevant, and focused on the areas that will drive the greatest performance improvement.

RAIN Sales Training is an award-winning virtual platform designed to build critical selling capabilities across areas such as Consultative Selling, Virtual Selling, and Strategic/Key Account Management.

Each core topic is broken into a series of focused, one-hour modules, making it easy for participants to learn in manageable segments. Modules include a mix of video instruction, downloadable resources, and interactive workshop-style exercises, all culminating in a knowledge check to reinforce key concepts.

Every participant receives individual access to the full training portal, with the ability to explore all available modules at their own pace over a 12-month period.

Instructor Coaching

A typical engagement runs between 12 and 34 weeks, creating a structured yet manageable path for skill development. Each week, team members complete a designated training module through the RAIN platform.

The following week, we meet to review the material, focusing on coaching, application, and real-world execution. These sessions are tailored to each participant’s role—whether inside sales, outside sales, or customer service—ensuring the concepts translate directly into day-to-day performance.

This rhythm continues throughout the program, reinforcing learning, building consistency, and driving measurable improvement as each recommended module is completed.
